I'm trying to be a professional here, but I simply cannot get over how good Megan Thee Stallion looks in this vintage Paco Rabanne two-piece set. I mean!

The silky gold ’fit pairs low-slung flared pants with a teensy bra top. The top's chunky gold chain halter matches the gold hoop details at the hip of the pants, which the rapper emphasized with matching gold bangles, hoop earrings, and gold nails. With the addition of her cheeky belly button ring and big natural curls, the whole look is one part ’90s hip-hop, one part ’70s disco, two parts absolute perfection.

Meg wore this iconic set to the Hollywood Reporter and Jimmy Choo Power Stylists Dinner in Los Angeles, where she sat next to her now retired celebrity stylist Law Roach. On Instagram, she posted several pictures from the event, including the luxe white fur jacket she wore over the top (you know, in case she got chilly), with a sweet caption thanking Roach: “We had this SS 1997 @pacorabanne sitting in the closet waiting for the perfect moment! Love you @luxurylaw.” On his own Instagram, Roach captioned photos from the night, “Cheers to Thee Stallion…..”
If you've been following the Law Roach retirement saga, you'll remember that Meg was one of the last clients Roach styled before he abruptly announced his retirement from the image-architecting business. In the buildup to the Vanity Fair Oscars party—the busiest time of the year for a celebrity stylist—Roach told The Cut in an interview that he really wanted to make sure Megan Thee Stallion was looking and feeling her best that night. “I had a lot of pressure because of Meg,” he said. “It was her first time coming back and anybody seeing her since the trial. And so that was a lot of pressure, you know, because I wanted to make her feel secure and comfortable and make her feel and look as perfect as possible so that she can have the strength to do what she had to do.”
